DAY 1, Depart for Spain

DAY 2, Arrive in Malaga Spain
Transfer to hotel in Marbella where the balance of the day is at leisure. Meet your Tour manager tonight for welcome dinner. Overnight: Marbella

DAY 3, Malaga Tour
Today, enjoy a half-day tour of Malaga, the birthplace of Pablo Picasso. Visit the Picasso Museum and view the Paseo de la Alameda, Paseo del Parque & the Barrio de la Malagueta. Take a walk through the historical town and continue to view the Malaga Cathedral, the second-highest Cathedral in southern Spain. Then take some time on your own to wander, or perhaps visit a local market. Head over to Cathedral Square before returning to Marbella in time for dinner.

DAY 4, Rock Of Gibraltar
Journey to the impressive Rock of Gibraltar,* a British colony for over 300 years standing guard over the Strait of Gibraltar, where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean and Europe meets Africa. Take a tour of the area with minibusses climbing up to see St. Michael's Cave and the famous Barbary apes with dramatic views of both the Spanish and Moroccan coastline. Spend some time in the main street of town with its colonial buildings and duty-free shops. Return to Marbella, balance of the day at leisure before dinner tonight at your hotel.
*You may experience delays at border crossing into Gibraltar, which is a British Overseas Territory independent from Spain and therefore has different entry requirements. Non-US passport holders are responsible for checking if a visa is required for Gibraltar in addition to all other countries on their itinerary.

DAY 5, Marbella, Nerja, Olive Oil Press in Mondron, Antequera
Embark on a morning orientation tour of Marbella, the jewel of the Costa del Sol and learn about the culture and history of the city. Next, continue with a scenic drive through the Andalusian hills to Mijas, a charming village nestled on the mountainside. Wander the quaint streets adorned with vibrant flowers and unique shops. Free time to explore and for lunch on your own. In the afternoon, continue to the resort town of Nerja, known for its stunning beaches and caves. From the beautiful Balcon de Europa, admire spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Sierra de Almijara mountain range. Next, travel to Antequera and stop at Mondron to visit an olive oil press. Learn about the centuries-old process of making olive oil and sample some of the region's finest oils. Return to Marbella, dinner at your hotel.

DAY 6, Ronda- Tour of Ronda & Winery Tasting
This morning, head northwest to the dramatic cliffside city of Ronda, considered the birthplace of modern bullfighting. Start with a tour of Ronda, home to Spain's oldest bullring, the Plaza de Toros. Here, you can see the historic stables and museum along with displays of famous Matadors, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards take a guided tour of a winery, and sample some of their finest wines before returning to your hotel in Marbella where the balance of the day is at leisure.

DAY 7, Marbella- Spa Day
Full Day of Leisure, Spend the day at the Spa or unwind by the pool before your journey home. Join your tour manger and fellow travelers this evening for a farwell dinner at the hotel. Spa treatment is an additional cost.
