1. Join Us on Mondays
Every Monday (except holidays), we gather online at 1 PM and 7 PM ET. Choose the time that fits your day. Find the Zoom links in your Members Portal.
First Monday: Accountability Kickoff to set your goals for the month
Business Coaching with Violette, plus virtual networking, masterclasses and roundtables throughout the month
2. Meet Your Local Chapter
Find your chapter's next coffee meetup, social or workshop on our Locations page, and introduce yourself to your local President. Members enjoy special pricing on FemCity events.
3. Network With Purpose
At our virtual networking sessions, each member gets 2 minutes to share who she is, a recent win, gratitude for another woman, and her ask. Come ready with a specific ask. It's the fastest way to get real help and referrals.
4. Complete Your Member Directory Profile
Fill out your profile in your Dashboard so women can find you and send referrals your way. New members are also featured in the next issue of FemCity Magazine.
5. Join Our Facebook Group
Share wins, ask for referrals and connect between events. Join the group and introduce yourself!
6. Watch the Replays
Missed a session? Catch up anytime in our Replay Library, and grab our self-guided worksheets for goal-setting and growth.
7. Set Up a Coffee Chat
Reach out to a fellow member for a one-on-one coffee chat, in person or on Zoom. The real magic of FemCity happens in these conversations.
5 Tips to Maximize Your Membership
Show up consistently. Pick a Monday time and put it on your calendar.
Lead with generosity. Celebrate other women's wins and make introductions.
Be specific with your asks. "An intro to a wedding planner in Miami" gets more help than "more clients."
Follow up. Connect with someone new after every event.
Say yes to visibility. Share your expertise, post in the group, and let women get to know you.
