+ How long is my membership active?

Your membership is active for 12 months from the day and moment you joined. However if you joined as a lifetime, your membership is active for life. If you joined with our monthly option, it's active while your paying your monthly dues.

+ What are the most important benefits of FemCity?

FemCity members pay an annual business membership fee ($150/yr) which includes a reserved spot at each monthly workshop, weekly mentorship, coaching, virtual networking, live classes and local programs. Plus, members have 24/7 access to our online digital and audio library, business and lifestyle worksheets, and ebooks.

+ I just joined FemCity, now what?

Log into your account and take a few classes and also reserve every Wednesday afternoon at 1 pm ET for our Weekly Virtual Networking. You can also attend a local event or join us in an activity Monday-Friday over on the FemCity Facebook Group for Members Only. Download a few of our worksheets, snuggle up, and up-level your life to your vision

+ Is the membership refundable?

Our membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. You will receive 2-3 email notifications to remind you about renewal and expirations. You may cancel your membership at anytime. Please email us within 2 business days of your renewal charge in order to cancel without incurring fees.

+ I don’t have a FemCity local community near me. What are my options?

You’ll love our Virtual membership. We’ll bring you everything virtually! You’ll get all the same web access -- including access to our Members Only pages on the FemCity site [digital and audio library, worksheet and ebooks], and an invitation to attend our weekly series. In addition, we have a private Facebook group just for our Members where we meet weekly and gather on FB Live and post tips, advice and inspirational content. We even host a virtual monthly workshop with the Founder + CEO of FemCity.

+ Can I try out FemCity to see if it's a good fit prior to joining?

It takes a lot of money to run FemCity. We have a lot of expenses, just like all businesses. Your membership fee pays for business expenses such as technology, educational programming, administrative support, marketing, just to name a few. Your support of FemCity and makes it possible for us to be of service for women. It’s a win-win for all. We offer a 30 day free trial, a one (1) year membership for $150, and a global membership program [for those FEMS growing business around the world] for $1,000/year. The one (1) year membership for $150 offers the ability to join a nearby Collective, a Flagship, or our Online Collective for those who don’t have a physical location near them. + What does a trial membership include?

Our 30-Day Free Trial Membership gives you access to all of our Member Only benefits. Take a few of our classes, listen to some classes and get a feel of our community of positivity and gratitude. You can visit as a one time guest a local FemCity Workshop or attend an event at one of our Flagships.

+ Why should I auto-renew?

As all prices increase by a few pennies or dollars, so do our expenses. Auto-renew locks you in at your current member price. Yay! So that means, you will continue to pay the same annual rate you paid at the time of your original purchase (even if the price goes up). But if choose to opt-out of the auto-renew, you will need to manually renew and pay the published rate at the time of purchase. Auto-renew also guarantees that you don’t lose a spot in your FemCity Collective or access to our Member Only benefits.

+ How do I opt-out of the auto-renew?

Log in to your account and just remove the auto renew option. You will also get a few emails when you are about to renew or expire. This will give you an opportunity to select the option that fits you best.

+ What happens if I move? Can I attend Collective workshops in a different area?

If there is a FemCity community in your new city, that has an opening, you can totally take a spot. If the FemCity Collective is filled and has a wait list, you may want to start your own FemCity Community. Many of our Leaders have done this option and it helps to not only grow business but make new friends!

+ What is the difference between a Flagship and a Collective?

Our Flagship communities are are larger, typically in metro areas, and generally have hundreds of members. A robust event calendar is planned by the FemCity Flagship president. Flagship events typically require the purchase event tickets. Luncheons, breakfast events, and pop-up socials are examples of the types of events hosted by our Flagships. Want to attend? All FemCity members may purchase tickets to any Flagship events, anywhere.

Our Collectives are more intimate and cozy. Under the direction of a local Collective Leader, members meet for a monthly gathering - our signature blend of connections, personal development, education, and mastermind. The agenda includes a unique theme and beautifully designed worksheet for each month. These workshops are are included at no extra cost. FemCity Collectives are created in a diverse, pro-women environment, and immersed in positivity and gratitude. Flagship events are often at an additional cost due to venue and food expenses.

With thousands of FemCity Members, Violette is unable to schedule private coffee chats.
