Marketing Associate PART TIME

Location: Remote

5-10 hours a week

RESPONSIBILITIES: Email marketing through mailchimp, website edits for new cities, events, and board/president updates. Role may expand to more hours with the inclusion of social media, and membership relations.

Role Overview

As a FemCity President, you are the face and leader of your local chapter. You’ll cultivate a welcoming space where women feel seen, supported, and inspired. You’ll host events, nurture relationships, and grow a vibrant community rooted in kindness, empowerment, and collective success.

Key Responsibilities

Community Leadership

  • Lead your local FemCity chapter with integrity, warmth, and professionalism

  • Create a culture of kindness, inclusivity, and mutual support

  • Welcome new members and help them feel at home in the community

Event Hosting

  • Plan and host monthly local events (networking, workshops, social gatherings)

  • Collaborate with local businesses and speakers

  • Create experiences that foster connection, growth, and fun

Member Engagement

  • Encourage members to attend events and participate actively

  • Build authentic relationships within your chapter

  • Celebrate wins, milestones, and member achievements

Growth & Outreach

  • Promote FemCity locally through social media and word-of-mouth

  • Help attract new members aligned with FemCity values

  • Partner with aligned brands and community leaders

Communication

  • Stay in touch with FemCity HQ

  • Share updates, photos, and feedback from your chapter

  • Represent FemCity with professionalism online and in person

Ideal Candidate

You are:

  • Passionate about supporting women

  • A natural leader and community builder

  • Organized and reliable

  • Comfortable hosting events and speaking to groups

  • Active on social media (helpful but not required)

Time Commitment

  • Approximately 5–10 hours per month

Brand Ambassador & Content Creator

FemCity Influencers are storytellers, community builders, and brand amplifiers. You represent the heart of FemCity by sharing our mission, events, and resources in an authentic, inspiring way across your social platforms.

This role is perfect for women who love content creation, believe in the power of community, and want to use their voice to uplift other women.

Role Overview

As a FemCity Influencer, you’ll help expand our reach by creating genuine, aligned content that showcases the FemCity lifestyle — connection, growth, business, wellness, and sisterhood. You’ll inspire women to join the community while staying true to your personal brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Create and share original content featuring FemCity (reels, stories, posts, lives)

  • Highlight events, memberships, programs, and community moments

  • Share your personal FemCity experience authentically

Brand Representation

  • Represent FemCity values with integrity and professionalism

  • Use provided brand messaging, hashtags, and links

  • Maintain a positive, inclusive online presence

Community Engagement

  • Engage with followers who ask about FemCity

  • Encourage women to join events and memberships

  • Celebrate fellow FemCity members and leaders

Campaign Participation

  • Participate in launches, campaigns, and promotions

  • Follow content guidelines and timelines when provided

  • Share tracking links or discount codes (if applicable)

Ideal Candidate

You are:

  • Active on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Substack

  • Comfortable on camera and in stories

  • Passionate about women, community, and growth

  • Consistent with content posting

  • Aligned with FemCity’s mission and voice

  • Authentic (not salesy — relationship-driven)

Time Commitment

  • Flexible

  • 2–6 pieces of content per month (minimum)

  • Additional content during launches

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Associate to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, building relationships, and helping brands connect with a powerful community of women, this role is for you!


Job Responsibilities:

+ Identify and reach out to potential advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners who align with FemCity's mission and audience.

+  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and creating tailored advertising solutions.

+ Sell advertising space across FemCity's digital platforms, including newsletters, website, social media, and sponsored content opportunities.

+ Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.

+ Collaborate with the FemCity team to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

+ Provide clients with performance insights and recommendations to optimize their campaigns.


Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in sales, advertising, media, or related fields.

+ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

+ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

+ Passion for community-driven initiatives and women's empowerment.

+ Experience in digital marketing, media sales, or brand partnerships is a plus.


Compensation & Commission Structure:

+ Commission: 20% commission on all sales.

+ Bonus Structure:

+ $5,000 in Monthly Sales: Additional $250 bonus

+ $10,000 in Monthly Sales: Additional $500 bonus

+ $15,000+ in Monthly Sales: Additional $1,000 bonus

+ Commission Increase Based on Performance:

+ $50,000 in Total Sales (Lifetime): Commission increases to 25%

+ $100,000 in Total Sales (Lifetime): Commission increases to 30%
