About Fit and Fierce 515 Aly and Aimee are local female moms, community leaders, and deeply motivated businesswomen. Aly is a mother of 4 with a 20-year career background in dentistry and now is the operating part of this ownership duo. Aimee is a mother of 2, a Director of Social Work for Wesley Life, and owns another local small business in Waukee with her husband. Aly & Aimee are passionately focused on this local small business success for their beloved Waukee community as well as a place of wellness & inclusion for their studio community.

About Evexia Physical Therapy & Wellness Evexia Physical Therapy and Wellness is a female-owned small business that is private pay to remove the barriers of insurance so we can invest in your well-being. Founder Dr. Rachel Palen, DPT has been practicing for 8 years since graduating with her doctorate from Des Moines University and opened her practice this year. She attended UNI for her undergraduate degree and is from Ottumwa, IA. She loves treating the whole person and looking at factors including stress, sleep, and hydration as well as valued hobbies and activities to identify how we can improve the overall quality of health in order to live life to the fullest.

During the coffee connection, she will go through some easy stretches that can fit into your workday to keep you feeling good! She will also raffle off a free evaluation and offer discounted services including the low back pain class series!
