Seeds of Intention is a guided, hands on experience led by Ramona Crabtree-Falkner, Transformational Empowerment Coach and Founder of Authentic Life Journey. She will walk you through simple but powerful exercises to help you reconnect with yourself, identify what matters most right now, and turn that clarity into meaningful action.

You will spend the morning outdoors, grounded in nature, reflecting on what you are ready to step into and what you are ready to release. This is not about creating a long to do list. It is about choosing your focus with intention.

We will close the experience by painting a small pot and planting seeds to take home. Your planted pot will serve as a daily reminder of the intention you set and the growth you are committed to nurturing.
