Join fellow women from your local community to support, inspire and uplift one another. Join a community made for deep connections, honest conversations, and holding space for who we are. We will meet for some healthy bites (or just some drinks!) as well as our monthly networking meeting where we will celebrate our wins, thank the women who helped us through the month, and ask for the help we need. We'll also have an open discussion around where you can add more fun into your daily routine- fun is an instant antidote to a stressed out nervous system and a great way to get out of your own head.

We're meeting in a new location! To match the vibes of our ladies- we're now meeting at Fresh Kitchen + Juice Bar- a great location to grab a healthy bite (if you'd like dinner or a snack) or grab a juice, smoothie, or even an alcoholic beverage if you'd like. It's also super cute and as it's located at Sherway Gardens Mall- there is a lot of free parking, and it's easily accessible from 3 different highways.
