In this workshop, led by Justina "Jay" Johnson, we will be exploring how to lead with audacity. This is an interactive, insight-driven intro workshop designed for women who are leading, building, or preparing to step into larger roles—whether in business, entrepreneurship, or leadership more broadly.

We will have coffee, wine, and a charcuterie board. Street parking is available and the location is in a cute spot in Waverly.

The session explores: The definition of "power" that we hold - even if it's not our own. Redefining "power" on our own terms based on our own values, communication style, and leadership styles. How women are conditioned to self-edit, over-explain, or soften their authority—and how to interrupt those patterns. What audacity looks like in practice (beyond hustle culture or confidence clichés). Practical frameworks for making clear, values-aligned decisions without apology. How to lead with conviction while staying grounded, ethical, and relational.
