Lynn Manning brings a unique and powerful blend of expertise to her role as Chief Marketing & People Ops Officer at Farmer Auctions, drawing on a diverse background in human resources, operations, and marketing. A lifelong learner and strategic leader, Lynn holds a degree in psychology from Radford University, is a SHRM-certified professional with over 25 years of experience and is currently pursuing her MBA at Western Governors University.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Lynn is a passionate champion for her community and a natural connector. She actively volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House of SWVA, serves on the board of the Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center, and supports local business growth as a Roanoke Regional Chamber Ambassador—a dedication that recently earned her the chamber’s prestigious Connector Award.

Lynn believes in living a full, vibrant life outside of her career. Recently married in May, she loves traveling, photography, and building intricate Lego sets. Her busy, joyful home in Roanoke is rounded out by a loving family and a lively menagerie of pets, including dogs, cats, and way too many spoiled ducks.
