Roanoke // May Coffee Connection

Join Femcity Roanoke for our monthly Coffee Connection.

Our member host is Steph Altom. She is passionate about helping others live authentic and intentional lives. As a coach, she partners with her clients to discover the amazing people they were created to be and explore the ways their mindset shapes their experiences. Along the way, clients gain practical tools and build habits that encourage greater self-awareness, quiet the inner critic, and overcome self-sabotage. As they shift from negative to positive thought patterns, they start to see how this change can enhance their well-being, relationships, and performance.

"Relocating from Brookfield, Wisconsin to Roanoke a little over 2 years ago has opened up the opportunity to get to know some new people and FemCity has been a wonderful part of that transition" says Steph.
