What was the inspiration for your company? I launched the company after I felt like I had moved to the “Wrong” suburb and I was hoping to combat others from making the same emotionally and financially costly mistake.
Did you have any challenges while launching and growing the business? Of course the key was to understand how quickly to grow … and whether to take on outside investors
When did you know it was time to expand into new markets? Based on client demand
Did that create new challenges and if so, how did you overcome them? Of course, each market has its own identity, lingo and way of thinking about this market …
What advice would you share for FEMs reading and scared to up-level either in their launch or growth? Just do it. Don’t get bogged down by fear or analysis paralysis
What is your personal mantra? It’s not about winning, it’s about losing less. Don’t look back … look forward.
