Affiliate payouts are only for FemCity Board Members. {we have to have record of them being a FemCity Local Board Member through our system and they must fill out the Affiliate process as well. 

FemCity Presidents can also monetize the role of being a FemCity President with local event revenue, local sponsorships, and our swag; the lapel pins, books and name tags are wholesale so you can sell them for an up-charge at your events and make some $$.
