WORKSHOP: Improv Night with FemCity Hamilton
The Elaine May theatre @ The Staircase
25 Dundurn Street North
Hamilton, L8R 3C9
An evening designed to elevate confidence & build trust in yourself! Join us on July 9th for a 2-hour workshop just for FemCity Hamilton members!
The FemCity Hamilton community has brought on a new leadership chair member in Cadence Robertson, who is now helping us create monthly events that keep us on toes, in her role as Personal Development Experiences chair!
When you’re in growth mode, you gotta get comfortable being uncomfortable…and like a muscle, the more you do it, the better you get! With that in mind, we gave Cadence carte blanche to dig into Hamilton’s offerings and come up with something that would support that personal development side to our membership offering at this chapter.
FemCity Hamilton has hired Nurse Kelly to teach us Improv via a private workshop for FemCity members! With a focus on listening, taking risks and committing to ideas, this workshop will be designed with our business members in mind!
According to Nurse Kelly Kerr, who has been teaching Improv for the last 16 years as an outlet and creative escape, there is something magical about watching people come alive through improv - seeing them gain confidence, build trust and commit to their ideas.
The workshop will kick of at 7:00PM sharp and can only accommodate 14 attendees. The cost is $30.00 per person which is our base costs for the workshop, ticket processing and HST.
