What’s something you absolutely LOVE and think everyone else should know about?
From a product you can’t live without to a service that makes life easier, a local gem you’ve discovered, or a simple solution that has made a big difference, we all have our favorite things! Now it’s time to share them!
Join us for a fun, feel-good FemCity Connection Event where we’ll swap recommendations, discover new favorites, and learn from one another. You never know when a helpful tip, brilliant find, or new resource you share might help another person.

Here’s how it will work on 11/9/26:
11:30 - 11: 45 Networking
11:45 - 11: 50 Welcome / lunch is served
11:50 - 11:55 Fem in the Spotlight
11:55 - FemPitch & Favorite Thing Feature
1:00 - Event concludes
✨ Start with your FemPitch! Introduce yourself, share your business and what you’re passionate about, and either express gratitude for another woman or tell us how we can help you. Then, you’ll have a chance to share your Favorite Thing. To keep us on schedule, each person will have approximately 60 seconds for your FemPitch, and 60 - 90 seconds to share your Favorite Thing.
✨ Share ONE favorite thing. Come prepared to tell us about a product or service that has proven especially helpful to you and deserves a little recognition.
✨ Keep it personal or professional, not promotional. Choose something you genuinely love and recommend, but please make sure it’s not a product or service you sell through your own business. This is about sharing the love, not making a sales pitch!
✨ Show it or tell it! Want to bring your favorite thing for a little show-and-tell? Go for it! Prefer to simply describe it? That works, too. If others are interested, let them know where they can find it.
✨ No gifts or purchases required! You don’t need to bring anything or buy anything for anyone. Just bring your recommendation and your enthusiasm!
One of our Fem leaders will capture everyone’s recommendations so we can compile and share a FemCity Favorite Things List with our community after the event. Think of all the wonderful discoveries we’ll make together!
Come ready to share, connect, and leave with a few new favorites of your own! The best finds are even better when we share them. We can’t wait to see you there!

Event Policy & Disclaimer: FemCity Roanoke events are designed for professional women ages 18 and older. To support meaningful networking and private member conversations, events are for adults only.
