Ready to Feel Your Own Worth

A Self-Love Exercise for Women Who Are Ready to Feel Their Own Worth (Free Worksheet)

By the FemCity Team

If you searched for a self-reflection exercise, a confidence worksheet, or a way to reconnect with what makes you special, you are exactly where you need to be. This is a simple, honest exercise we use inside FemCity, a global community for women entrepreneurs built on trust, safety, and heart centered leadership since 2009. It takes ten minutes. It asks nothing of you except honesty.

Grab a notebook, a quiet corner, and give yourself permission to actually answer these questions instead of skimming past them.

Why This Exercise Matters

Most women can list their to-do list from memory. Far fewer can list three things they genuinely love about themselves without hesitating, qualifying, or immediately deflecting into "well, I still need to work on..."

That gap is not a character flaw. It is a pattern, one built from years of being praised for output and rarely asked to reflect on your own worth. This worksheet exists to interrupt that pattern, gently, on purpose.

The Exercise

What are three of your favorite elements about yourself? (This can be intellect, accomplishments, experiences, talents, or personality characteristics.)

Write a short summary of why you love these three the most:

(A few sentences. Let yourself actually explain it, instead of just naming it.)

Write down 5 truths about what makes you so incredibly special.

What are three things you accomplished this year that you are most proud of?

Homework: Create a list of 20 beautiful ways you have shown up for others and for yourself this year — ways you have invested in yourself and in others, and acts of bravery and courage you have taken on already.

This last one is intentionally the hardest. Most women can find five. Getting to twenty means you have to sit with the whole year, not just the highlight reel, and notice the quiet moments too: the hard conversation you had, the boundary you finally set, the day you kept a promise to yourself when it would have been easier not to.

What Happens When You Actually Do This

Women in our community consistently tell us the same thing: the list of three favorite elements is easy. The five truths take a minute of real thought. But the twenty acts of bravery? That is where something shifts. You start to see your own year differently. You realize you have been braver, more generous, and more resilient than you have been giving yourself credit for.

That shift, from overlooking your own growth to actually witnessing it, is exactly what we believe every woman deserves to feel. Not once a year. Regularly, and out loud, in a room full of other women doing the same work.

You Don't Have to Do This Alone

This exercise was built for a moment of quiet reflection, but growth like this compounds when it is witnessed. That is the entire premise FemCity was founded on in 2009: women grow faster, feel braver, and build bigger when they are surrounded by other women who see them clearly and celebrate them loudly.

Inside FemCity, this kind of reflection isn't a one-time worksheet, it's a rhythm. Monday Mentorships, Accountability Roundtables, Masterclasses, and Virtual Networking sessions give you a recurring space to say your wins out loud, hear other women say theirs, and build real relationships instead of just another follower count.

If this exercise stirred something in you, here's where to go next:
