Here's what she shared when we interviewed her:

Why did you start your business/or why drew you to choose the career you are in?

I had worked in marketing for 19 years and was ready to take the leap to owning a marketing agency

What was the biggest challenge you faced and how did you move past the challenge?

Putting myself out there! Early in my career I was told I didn't "have the look" and I held onto that until I started my business. 9 months into owning my own business, I was failing and my friend challenged me to give tips about social media on social media. It was basically a fight for survival.

What is a quote or sentence that motivates you to keep on going?

If you're not doing it, someone is so GO DO THE THING.

When you start to have self-limiting beliefs, how do you work through the process of getting back into your high vibe state?

Mediating and journal are my go too's.

Why did you choose to become a FemCity President and what do you love about the role?

I took over from another President and I love that it connects me to women in our community of Central Oregon.
