Theresa Fowler Pittius on '22 Goals: Hard Work Always Pays Off

Talk is cheap. You have to put the work in. Hard work truly does pay off, and you will reap the benefits throughout the year if you focus on your personal and business goals at the top of the year.

What was the biggest lesson you learned from 2021?

The biggest lesson I learned from 2021 was that our business model can adapt to any environment.

How are you preparing for 2022?

We are prepping for 2022 by focusing on more hybrid classes (in person here at the studio and virtual), rather than only virtual or only in person. This gives our students the opportunity to come to our facility and work in front of the camera or in our music studios and recording booths in person if they feel comfortable. The comfort level of our clients and their families is very important to us, and we strive to maintain that with ease while still offering the highest level of competitive professional track training.

What advice would you give other female founders that are looking to create big success in 2022?

For other female founders looking for big success: talk is cheap. You have to put the work in. Hard work truly does pay off, and you will reap the benefits throughout the year if you focus on your personal and business goals at the top of the year.

What’s your 2022 mantra?

Our 2022 Mantra is "Your success is our success!" We celebrate the wins our clients make in the industry, whether it's booking that Broadway show or landing that starring role in the next big television series or feature film.
