My lesson for 2021 is: Be ready to pivot, because if it doesn't make sense it doesn't make money.
How are you preparing for 2022?
I'm prepping by optimizing the tools and resources I use to run my business, starting with the lowest hanging fruit, e.g., what days work best to complete certain tasks. Additionally, I am reviewing my goals for 2022 to ensure they are SMART goals to assess if I need to pivot or not.
What advice would you give other female founders that are looking to create big success in 2022?
Start with the end in mind, and work your way backwards. I find this helps to identify steps that may be missed or not even considered when planning.
