Rhonda Sciarra

Rhonda is a versatile and strategic communications leader with extensive experience shaping internal and external communications for global and U.S.-based organizations across health care, pharmaceuticals and other mission-driven sectors.

A Certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP), she is recognized for her expertise in building and protecting brand reputation, fostering engagement and advancing organizational goals.

Known for her ability to counsel senior leaders and guide enterprise messaging, she combines strategic insight with practical execution to deliver results that strengthen organizations and inspire stakeholders.

Rhonda brings a proven track record in employee communications, change management, media relations, executive visibility, digital content, social media, crisis and issues response, and communications measurement, consistently partnering across functions to drive impact.

She is a volunteer leader with the Junior League of St. Louis, a board member with the Lafayette Square Neighborhood Association, and Vice Chair of the International Association of Business Communicators U.S. Region. She also shares her life with two rescued huskies.
