Patricia "Trisha" Searl is an Ottawa entrepreneur, business owner, certified coach and community leader with a passion for connecting women, creating opportunities and building businesses that support a life well lived.
As the founder of Clean POV Ottawa Inc., Trisha has spent more than a decade building an award-winning service-based business rooted in relationships, trust and exceptional client care. Her entrepreneurial journey has since expanded into travel, wellness and lifestyle services, allowing her to continue exploring new ways to serve, connect and create multiple streams of income.
Before entrepreneurship, Trisha built an extensive career with the federal government, including work within Health Canada — experience in leadership, regulation and relationship-building that she brings into everything she does today.
A longtime believer that women don't have to choose just one path, Trisha is passionate about helping women recognize their strengths, build meaningful connections and confidently pursue what's next — whether that's growing a business, changing careers, creating additional income, or simply redefining what success looks like in a new season of life.
Returning to FemCity Ottawa/Barrhaven feels like coming full circle for Trisha, who has been a FemCity member for close to 15 years. As Chapter President, her vision is to create a welcoming, collaborative community where women genuinely know one another, support one another, refer business to one another, and grow together.
Her philosophy is simple: there is room at the table for all of us — and incredible things happen when women intentionally open doors for other women.
