Meet Your Mississauga President
Patricia Lavigne
Patricia is a Certified Life & Emotional Wellness Coach, author and community builder who helps people navigate life’s transitions with clarity, confidence and emotional well-being. After a 41-year career with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, she followed her passion for supporting others through coaching, workshops, events and personal development resources. She is the author of several personal growth journals and workbooks on emotional awareness, relationships, family connection and personal empowerment.
A longtime community leader, Patricia has served as President of Parents Without Partners, sat on the Board of Directors of the Family Education Centre, and spent 12 years as a Parent Educator facilitating workshops across Peel Region. When she’s not coaching or hosting events, she loves family time and travelling with her adult children.
