Vision boards are visual representations of what you desire to create. They represent the goals and intentions that you choose to manifest for the coming year or years.

During the class, you will learn:

What is the purpose of a vision board, how does it work and what are the benefits?

What do you include on a vision board?

Tips to maximize the effects of using a vision board

Why your core desired feelings are important for your vision (what are 3-5 feelings that you would like to experience consistently, i.e. peace, joy, love)

Prior to the class, write down your intentions and goals. 

What do you want to be, do, and have in 2026 and beyond? 

What do you want to feel? 

If you want to start creating your vision board during our class, have these items handy for the call:

your list of goals/intentions and your core desired feelings

a poster board or several 8x11 blank papers if you prefer to create a vision book rather than a large display board

colored pencils/pens

images that represent what you want to be, do or have in your life (grab these from a magazine or digitally like google images)

words/affirmations/quotes that align with your intentions and inspire you
