What I love most about FemCity are the values it stands for. It is a community built on lifting one another up rather than competing, emphasizing consistency over hustle, leading with integrity in every action, receiving with grace, and cultivating a space where every woman is seen, heard, valued, supported, and celebrated.

As a single mom and solopreneur, these values deeply resonate with me not just in theory, but through lived experience. Over the past two decades, I’ve learned that sustainable success doesn’t come from doing everything alone; it comes from being part of a supportive, aligned community. FemCity embodies that truth.

I especially appreciate the shift away from hustle culture toward consistency. Consistency creates longevity, stability, and peace - something I value not only in business, but in life. Integrity, to me, means showing up fully and authentically, even when no one is watching. It builds trust, and trust builds strong communities.

The value of receiving with grace is also powerful. As women, we often give so much, but learning to receive support, opportunities, and encouragement is just as important. It allows us to grow in ways we cannot do alone.

And perhaps most meaningful is the intention behind creating a space where everyone feels seen, heard, valued, and celebrated. I have experienced both sides of that equation. I know what it feels like to be supported and lifted, and I know what it feels like to be overlooked. That contrast has shaped how I show up in community. I believe that when we help others grow, we grow ourselves. FemCity creates that ripple effect, and that is what I love most.

About Shea: Shea Shulman is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and trauma resolution specialist based in Sarasota, Florida, known for helping individuals resolve anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm by working directly with the nervous system rather than revisiting past experiences. Shea’s work focuses on rapid subconscious change, emotional regulation, and restoring a sense of safety in the body using hypnotherapy, somatic techniques, and neuroscience-informed approaches.
