Welcome to FemCity Delaware Beaches!
I'm so glad you're here. My name is Racheal Walterick, and I'm honored to serve as President of our chapter, bringing together women from across the Delaware beaches and all of Sussex County.
A little about me: I spent seven years in accounting and finance, including leadership roles, before following my passion into health and wellness coaching. Today, through [Rituals by Rae], I work with busy, high-performing women to build sustainable habits around nutrition, stress management, movement, sleep, and overall well-being. That work has shown me again and again that women thrive when they have support, both in their health and in their lives and businesses.
That's exactly what FemCity is about. I believe the strongest relationships are built through authentic conversations, meaningful introductions, and a genuine interest in one another's growth. My goal is to create a community where every woman feels welcomed, valued, and comfortable showing up as herself, whether she's a business owner, a professional, new to the area, or simply looking to connect.

We host monthly/regular gatherings at local venues around the Delaware beaches, including networking events, workshops on business and personal growth, social meetups, and [seasonal events, charity projects, etc.]. Members share referrals, collaborate, celebrate each other's wins, and show up for each other. Our events are designed to be welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely fun, so you leave with new ideas and new friends.
