What’s my jam? Leadership, scaling your business, hiring, developing and managing a team, casting vision, universal laws and mindset, business planning, and what I really love is sales!! I’ve used a process since my first corporate job selling yellow pages (yes I’m aging myself) that allowed me to go from 38k as a side hustle with my CFO job to 258k and my business keeps growing. I help entrepreneurs get really clear on what they want their Lit Up Life to look like and create a business that is a conduit to that life versus the business running their lives. How do I do this? I work with private clients, run a yearlong women’s mastermind that includes group and private coaching and two retreats, speak at numerous events and offer an October retreat in my beautiful hometown of Sandpoint, Idaho. A big piece of how this happens is helping people with belief in themselves and teaching people how to sell from a heart space. I am a leader, a healer, a connector and a teacher…when I’m doing one of those things, I’m happy and when I’m doing all four I’m lit up!!
