What was the biggest pivot you took on this year?
Integrating mindfulness & my coaching work into everything else I do, including professional speaking.
Where did you find the support in taking on your pivot?
Coaching & masterminding with others. Working closer with my mentors.
What advice would you share to women looking to pivot a big change in their life?
Get support - join a community - hire a coach.
What are ways that your mindset also pivoted this year?
I got more clear on my mission & how I serve others. For me, it's about aligning with what fuels our joy and our inspiration.
What is the biggest lesson you learned in 2020?
Internal Peace is creating from the inside out.

Sharing my message with more people around the world & creating impact.
