Celebration of Women in honor of Mother's Day! Enjoy an evening of self-care, connection and fun! As we ease into Mother's Day weekend, we will celebrate the divine goddess in all of us. Moms, daughters, fur baby moms, sisters - all are welcome! We will begin with #fernfirmations - positive affirmations to set the tone for the night. There will be a very gentle yin practice (anyone can do this-light stretching), followed by a beautiful motivational meditation and an amazing sound bath! A wellness goodie bag will be offered along with self-care tips to use at home. This is an evening filled with laughter, warm feelings and a true sense of connection!
