You’ve heard it a hundred times in business’s all about the relationship! Studies show that we are a pack society. It has been said that survival of the fittest is those that are most solidly attached to other/s. What the heck does that mean to you with regard to the workplace? It means that we work better when we are safely attached to others in our community. And the people that we work with form one of the many important communities (aka systems) in our lives. Through the work of Dr. John Bowlby and his studies on attachment dating back to WWII we have uncovered the devastating effects of isolation. Fast forward to the present and recognize that with technology more and more people are working remotely. Some that work in a corporate environment with many people in the company and in their department still feel alone. What we know is that human beings require safe and secure relationship with other people on their team to truly thrive in the workplace. And, to take it one step further....your clients need to feel safe and secure with you in order to sign on to do business with you or to continue doing business with you.

In this session, we will learn about:
1.) adult attachment,
2.) attachment styles
3.) find out what you’re attachment style is
4.) become familiar with other/s attachment styles
5.) touch on how to assess and merge your styles with others

in order to yield the best results for your business and your personal relationships!
