What was the inspiration to start this business?

Growing into my career, I completely accepted and lived the idea society tells us working women: that we have to work twice as hard to be half as successful just to sacrifice a career to have a family.

As I chased job titles and achievements, having a child was always in the back of my mind, but I got so caught up in the pressure of having it all that I began believing there was no space for a child in my life at all. The energy of these deeply rooted fears almost held me back from receiving one of life’s biggest blessings.

As I moved past these blockages, I came to know that being a mother is one of the most important and sacred job titles I’ve ever held.

With over a decade of experience in corporate communications, I’ve transitioned my leadership, research, and management skills into guiding self-aware and highly driven women into becoming a version of themselves they’ve never met, and have only maybe dreamed of — mothers.

When you started your business, did you ever envision that you would be where you are now?

I had no idea where this new journey would lead me, but am so very grateful for it all!

The community I've cultivated and the open, honest and vulnerable conversations I've been able to participate in and hold space for, have been transformational.

Was there ever a time that things didn't fall into place, struggles, or challenges? What were they and how did you get past it and grow from the experience?

I experienced all of the things and feelings that come with uprooting and changing your career - fear, doubt, and worry.

To get past these feelings I aligned with women who could help me overcome and get passed these limiting beliefs that are programmed within us by society.

To allow me to be successful and be open to the limitless possibilities that exist.

What would you tell a FEM that is struggling in her business and feel like it's too difficult?

Keep going!

That discomfort you're feeling is growth and on the other side of it is a beautiful new way of being.

What continues to inspire you to keep on growing your business?

I’m always inspired by all the new ideas & new partnerships you can build! There are so many other companies and organizations out there to help you build your business in different ways.

Not to mention, I’m an ideas person. I love coming up with new ways to build the business and making different people as excited about it as I am.
