MY SELF-CARE JOURNEY WITH DIANE QUILEZA


What does Self-Care mean to you? 

I have discovered that self-care for me is multi-faceted. It may start with meditation or just taking the time to make myself better for myself and all those around me.

What was the biggest struggle for you when it came to your own Self-Care? 

Recognizing the root of my struggle. Having breakthroughs has allowed me to overcome those hurdles.

How do you practice Self-Care? 

Bible based activities, learning language, creative activities, making time to incorporate pampering activities, enjoying a glass of alcohol free wine, etc. The list goes on. I have made conscious decisions to express self care.

What was the biggest aha moment you had regarding your Self-Care habits? 

Realizing that my making small efforts in my self care how it has radiated to every other aspect in my life.
